Custom website development.
I'm a developer as well as a designer. That means I can take an idea from the first sketches all the way to a finished, working website.
I build custom websites using modern web technologies, rather than trying to make every project fit inside the same website builder.
I like having the freedom to make things work exactly as they should.
Start a ProjectBuilt for the job.
Some websites need five pages and a contact form. Others need complex layouts, content management systems, integrations, animations, or functionality that doesn't come out of a box.
I enjoy both.
I work out what the project needs and build around that, without adding unnecessary complexity.
The result is a website designed for its actual purpose, rather than a collection of features included simply because they're available.
The technical details matter.
There's plenty of work behind a website that most people never see.
I pay attention to responsive behavior, performance, accessibility, clean structure, and the small interactions that make a site feel polished.
I also handle the practical parts of getting a website online, from deployment and domain configuration to forms and integrations.
It's all part of building something properly.
Yours from day one.
I don't believe clients should be locked into a relationship with their developer.
Your domain, content, accounts, and website access remain yours. I can manage hosting and maintenance after launch, or hand things over so you can take care of them yourself.
If you need to update content regularly, I can also build a content management system around the things you actually need to edit, for an additional cost.
A few common questions
Why choose a custom-coded website?
It gives us more flexibility over design and functionality without having to work around a template. It isn't essential for every project, but it's useful when you want something distinctive or have specific requirements.
Can you rebuild my WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace site?
Yes. I can preserve your existing content and branding while replacing the underlying website with a custom build.
